If you're having trouble accessing the email associated with your existing Lobee account, follow these simple steps:


In order to recover your Lobee account you will need to contact Lobee Support directly. You can submit a ticket via the Lobee Support Page by selecting "Submit a ticket".

Please include your Lobee URL, username, any existing and previous email addresses. The more information you include the easier it will be to verify your details.
