Why can’t I log in using Instagram any more?

Instagram no longer allows any applications (including Lobee) to log in via their Instagram account. This means you will need to request a password reset link for your Lobee account to continue to log in.


In order to request a password reset, please enter your Lobee username in the available field. The password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.


If you are unable to access the email address associated with your account, please submit an Account Recovery type ticket.


In the Description field of your ticket submission, please include the following:


Lobee username

Instagram username

Current Email

Past Email
