What to do if Facebook incorrectly bans your Lob.ee

Sometimes Facebook and Instagram's automated spam detection measure can incorrectly ban URLs that are legitimate. This applies to all URLs and platforms across the internet and is not isolated to Lob.ee.

Facebook has an important role to play in protecting users for spam content and it does an incredibly good job. If they have accidentally banned your link, the best thing to do is to report it as incorrect to Facebook and wait for them to unban you.

You can also raise a ticket with us, and we will reach out to our contacts at Facebook to escalate reports for you, and do our best to get you going as quickly as possible.

Before we can escalate with Facebook, it's important that you report the link as legitimate yourself.

1. Head to Facebook's debugger page.

2. Enter your Lob.ee URL in the field provided.

3. It will likely say '"We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards" If you think this is a mistake, please let us know'.

4. Click the link to let them know and leave a message to say you're legitimate.

Remember, Lob.ee is an incredibly useful tool to unify your content across all your social platforms and anywhere you share content. Facebook and Instagram are just two of these.
